Refund Policy - the basics
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be fair and transparent with our refund process. Appointments must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance to qualify for a full refund. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a partial refund or forfeiture of any deposit paid. Refunds are processed using the original payment method and may take up to 5 Business Days to appear in your account.
